Rancho Viejo is proud to call one of Walpole’s most historic buildings home. Located at 10 Westminster Street, this beautiful brick building has been a landmark in the heart of the village since 1833, serving generations of residents through many different businesses.

Over the years, the building has been home to a boot manufacturer, meat market, furniture store, jewelry and watch repair shop, the beloved Ray Peck’s Drugstore, and the Village Store, where locals gathered to shop, share stories, and catch up on community news. After an extensive restoration in the 1990s, the building was carefully preserved while being updated for the future, ensuring its place as an important part of Walpole’s downtown.

Today, Rancho Viejo continues that tradition by welcoming friends, families, and visitors to enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine in one of the town’s most cherished historic buildings—where great food and community come together.
